Senior Pastor: Sergio R. Perez

Pastor Sergio PerezHarvest Ministries of New England, Inc., has been under the leadership of Rev. Sergio Perez since 1989, the same year he was ordained into ministry by the Elim Evangelical Mission, Los Angeles, California.

He leads this dynamic congregation focusing on practical teachings related to vision, family, the power of prayer, unity and stewardship. The success of his local church has made him a sought after conference speaker. Although he has accepted invitations to various states and nations, he has devoted most of his time and energy building up the leadership of the church and his family, which he considers essential for the flourishing of the ministry and the kingdom of God.

 From 1980 to 1982 he attended Centro de Estudios Superiores (Center of Higher Education) in Guatemala City, Guatemala, and earned a degree in Business Administration. Rev. Perez is fluent in English and Spanish. He has served as President of the Fellowship of Hispanic Pastors of New England (COPAHNI), Boston, Massachusetts, since 2011. In 2013, he joined the Board of Directors of the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference (NHCLC). 

Internal Ministries Pastor: Johana E. Perez

Pastor Johana PerezOriginally from Arecido, Puerto Rico, Pastor Johana alongside her husband assumed the pastoral responsibility of Harvest Ministries in 1989. She completed the requirements of a year-long Institute for Pastoral Excellence (IEP) curriculum allowing him a certificate from the same in December 2012.

Her most notable contributions to the ministry in these 24 years have been in the areas of internal ministries including children, ushers and praise and worship. She has also led the women’s small groups net forming leaders at different levels of ministry. 

 

Small Groups Pastor: Richy Osorio

Pastor Richy OsorioRicardo Osorio, originally from El Salvador C.A., moved to the United States in 1990. He obtained an associate's degree in commercial agriculture at the San Andres Institute in the State of Libertad in his native country. Upon arriving in the United States Mr. Osorio studied at various educational institutions including Bunker Hill Community College and The New England Institute of Art. As a result he obtained an associate's degree in Audio Production. 

Harvest Ministries of New England has been his home church since 1995. He has participated in multiple facets of ministry which have allowed him to develop as a leader in this congregation. Ricardo Osorio has been highly involved in the work of small groups, an area which he is highly passionate about. He began to participate early on as an active member of a small group from which he has grown to take on different levels of leadership. Currently he holds the position of Small Groups Pastor and Audio Ministry Coordinator.  Ricardo Osorio completed the requirements of a year-long Institute for Pastoral Excellence (IEP) curriculum allowing him a certificate from the same. He has participated in various expositions and trainings such as offered through WFX (Worship Facilities Expo) among others.

 

Administrative Pastor: Hayden Joshua Salazar

Pastor Joshua SalazarHayden Joshua Salazar, originally from Guatemala City, Guatemala, moved to the United States in 1985. He graduated from the prestigious Boston Latin School in 1996 and then proceeded to acquire his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 2001. Throughout his college career he successfully completed internships with Raytheon and Bank of America. He completed his degree through the BDIC (Bachelor's Degree with Individual Concentration) with a focus in Ecommerce where he completed coursework in Business Management and Computer Science. Upon graduating, Joshua served with the Wal-Mart Corporation at various levels of leadership beginning with Human Resources manager escalating to fulfilling tasks as district manager. Here he acquired recognition as "rookie of the year" at a regional level and was selected to represent the district in Bentonville, AK at the company's annual shareholder's meeting. In January 2006 Joshua was recruited by Harvest Ministries to assist in the coordination efforts for Phase I of its church building construction project. Upon successfully completing the construction project in 2008 he was promoted to the administrative pastor position in March of 2008.

Harvest Ministries of New England has been his home church since 1990 and has actively participated in multiple facets of ministry since 1999. Joshua has served as a speaker and teacher at various conferences including Alturas ("Heights") and WFX (Worship Facilities Expo) where he has been recognized for his organizational and logistical skills. In 2011 Hayden Joshua Salazar completed the requirements of a year-long Institute for Pastoral Excellence (IEP) curriculum allowing him a certificate from the same. Currently he holds the position of Administrative Pastor, treasurer and Media  Ministry Coordinator.
